Depending on the case, I offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Flat rates are determined by the circumstances of the matter including the seriousness of the charge, the Court in which the matter will be decided, and other relevant factors. I do not have a set charge for offenses, as each matter is uniquely different and likely to require different amounts of effort, time, and resources to get the best possible result.
